I was “wowed” today at my first sales meeting at Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty. I found out about the topic of the meeting the day before from our Managing Broker, Nancy See, via email and so I was interested in finding more about the topic – upgrades to our web site, atlantafinehomes.com
Upon arrival, the screen was down and the projector bright, we took a brief tour of our newest search features.
While I was sitting there I thought to myself “I feel as if I have been living in the dark ages! It is so wonderful to be surrounded by new technology and great new energy!”
Unveiled were two new ways of searching:
New Search Feature on AtlantaFineHomes.com
The first search option one is a more traditional method but using a proprietary system of creating “most popular areas” in the main markets we serve. For example, you can select Buckhead and then choose a submarket called “Tuxedo Park, Peachtree Heights West, Haynes Manor, Garden Hills”.
Additionally, you can select to see homes that have Master on Main, Pool on Property, or are part of a group of homes in Foreclosure/Bank Owned/Corporate Owned.

- New 3D Search on AtlantaFineHomes.com
The second new way of searching is a thrilling 3D experience. After a brief waiting and initial download, the 3D map comes to life. Flying into metro Atlanta, all homes in FMLS are featured. On the left hand side of the screen, full search capabilities come into play and layers can be added including streets, schools, hospitals and parcel maps. Parcel maps are displayed for Fulton County only….and if the user clicks a little white circle in the middle of each parcel, the tax assesor information appears. We have the exclusive offering on this capability in Atlanta at this time.
